Our prosciutto is produced from specially selected Greek hams, processed in the traditional manner of Parma and traditions of Evrytania. It matures for 12 months in an ideal environment full of firs, in the mountains of Evrytania.

Around the world it is known as Prosciutto, but the ancient " Akrokolion ", ie salted pork, is amongst the oldest delicacies of Greece . The climate in Prouso is also considered excellent for the production of prosciutto. Our prosciutto is manufactured with a traditional handmade method, that gives us, as a result, a truly wondrous traditional Greek prosciutto, a product of natural maturation.
